At Quite a Stretch Yoga we explore the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, both as a practice and as a state of consciousness. 


Nidra supports shifting our own perceptions and enhances the experience of everyday Life, to manifest and participate in a more meaningful way. As the study of Yoga Nidra works with Core Belief System.



• Dive into a regular personal practice of Yoga Nidra.

• Discover the multitude of benefits for body, mind, and the energetic layers of the body.

• Fully understand the science of Yoga Nidra.

• Experience and explore the ways Yoga Nidra connects with our kosha's and states of consciousness.

• Review traditional and modern styles of Yoga Nidra.

• Learn the “do’s” and “don’t’s” of leading a Yoga Nidra practice.

• Practice leading Yoga Nidra and develop your own script.

• Integrate Yoga Nidra with asanas, mudras, mantras and pranayama.
