Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program

EDUCATION THAT LIBERATES

Today's lifestyle, and culture, is tremendously overworked, anxious, burned out and exhausted. We are conditioned from birth to be consumed with our external world. Yoga provides us with the gift in slowing down and allowing us to go within safely and notice the whispers of our own body to discover the sacredness in life. Yoga offers each of us genuine transformation-the ability to see clearly, to have an alert mind, to awaken love, compassion and intelligence. Yoga is dedicated to this awakening. Whether you choose to teach others or share it by being who you are, Yoga is needed today NOW, more than ever!

Once a year, November 6, 2021 - March 2, 2022  Quite A Stretch Yoga school will offer a complete Yoga Teacher Training certification program that meets the requirements and is approved by Yoga Alliance for the (Registered Yoga Teacher) RYT 200 certificate.

ALUMNI TESTIMONIAL

I have learned so much. Not only about Yoga, also about my self. Sheilah has helped me find a peaceful place within myself that I didn't know was there. Sheilah is a fountain of knowledge and truly cares about all her students. Even if you never plan on teaching, if you want to deepen your own yoga practice I highly recommend the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Seeking to gain a deeper understanding of yogas spiritual side, I stepped forward into a beautiful journey with Caroline and Sheilah and the amazing group of like minded women. What else does one do in a pandemic lockdown to stay sane!?

At first I wondered how do you become a yoga teacher via zoom? As I began to read through all the material and work with the group and yes teach classes, I was amazed how much there was to learn, and humbly bow to every yoga teacher I ever had. It is not as simple as it looks to teach and the spiritual study is very deep and complex. I learned a lot and have so much more to learn.

Undeniably, best thing I have done for myself in years in every way mind body and spirit. In a pandemic that robbed many of breath, I learned to breathe freely, control my anxiety better, and open my heart. Thank you ladies️🏻 Namaste.

This course grounded me so much, surrounded by women that love life.  Yoga teacher training with Caroline & Sheilah was a wonderful experience. They invite you into a warm welcoming environment with a caring, supportive friendship. Sharing their versatile knowledge of yoga and mental health. I learned both the fitness side of yoga and the spiritual side.

I am very grateful to be apart of this loving community.  During this pandemic, Caroline & Sheilah have been very positive, grounded and realistic. They were great with my 2yr old running around, very accommodating & loving.

Thank you Sheilah. I am beyond grateful to you and the incredible yoga teacher training experience you shared with all of us. Who knew a pandemic would turn our world upside down and slide us in to this brave new world of online learning with you, Caroline and all of the incredible souls across the world! You adjusted with grace and we didn’t miss a beat. Thank you so much. You really are the embodiment of yoga, all inclusive, walking the walk and talking the talk. I am so blessed and humbled. Thank you 🙏
