Our mission at Quite A Stretch Yoga & Zumba® is to support the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of our community by providing classes that are inclusive, accessible, therapeutic, and safe.
We welcome all sizes, colour, culture, sexes, religion, beliefs, ages, and abilities.
Beyond our affordable classes, we work to fulfill our mission by partnering with organizations with a particular focus on serving people who are dealing with anxiety, addiction, acquired brain injury, caregiver fatigue, cancer, stroke, insomnia, and PTSD.
In our mission to ensure the enjoyment, comfort, and safety of everyone who visits the studio, we require you to submit a PAR-Q Assessment and Liability Waiver prior to participation in class. Click the buttons below to download printable PDF copies of these forms.
We strongly support and believe YOGA should be accessible for all.
We offer tuition assistance for our BIPOC community and for individuals who are experiencing financial hardship.

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support.
Chair yoga can improve your flexibiltiy, concentration, and strength, while boosting your mood and reducing stress and joint strain.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice with postures that are held for longer periods, with the aim of targeting deep tissues.
This practice can help increase circulation, improve flexibility, and help regulate the body's flow of energy.
Deep stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back.
Living in a modern world, these areas tend to be tight for many which can cause imbalance and pain.
A gentle, Hatha yoga class created for beginners that all experience levels are welcome to participate in.
This class blends traditional yoga postures (asana), breathwork, and mindfulness to create an experience that will leave you feeling calm & centered.
Vinyasa is a faster - paced flowing practice, linking breath and movement together.
A Vinyasa session can be physically challenging.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing practice, and profoundly healing. There is no movement.
Encouraging breath awareness, body scanning, and intention setting, research suggests one hour of Nidra is equal to 4 hours of sleep!
Triple M is a fusion of motion, muscle and mindfulness.
Pairing low intensity cardio dance, muscle strength endurance with a blend of yoga postures and breath, participants get a well rounded workout.
This class is suitable for anyone new to fitness all populations.
Zumba® is a FUN fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.
Zumba® routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
